Service Description

Have you wanted to start a meditation practice but don’t know where to begin? Or have you tried meditating but have come across difficulties and feel like you could use some more guidance? Individual sessions can be beneficial for beginners and experienced meditators alike! We can work together to use the time productively to best suit your individual needs and goals, be it developing your mindfulness practice, deepening your existing practice, or targeting specific concerns, such as depression, stress or anxiety. Initial Consultations are $220. Follow-up 60-minute sessions are offered on a Pay What You Can basis with three options: Base ($90), Sustaining ($135), and Full Cost ($180).
