
Monthly Drop-in Mindfulness Group
For participants of past group or individual MBCT
Service Description
Did you participate in a previous MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) group or individual program? Are you looking for support for your mindfulness practice, or for a refresher of the things that you learned in MBCT? It can often be challenging to sustain our practice on our own, and difficult to integrate past learnings into our daily lives. In these monthly drop-in groups, we can meet in community and remind ourselves of the benefits of practice. There will be guided meditation, education, and discussion. If you haven't done MBCT but have other mindfulness meditation experience you are also welcome to join. If this is the case, please send me a message through the Contact Form or at pamirsky@mindfulhummingbird.com. This group will meet on the fourth Thursday of the month from 12 pm to 1pm MST.
